Chelsea Maddox is a scrawny looking shit with unwashed black hair that in a perfect world would be straight; as it is in the wastelands, it's curly, oily, and smells like sludge. She's got hand-sewn shorts, some old T-shirt, and a robotic left arm designed for a man twice her height and a left eye made out of most of a pair of night vision goggles and the supply cabinet of the local auto parts store. There's enough cables connecting the two that she looks like someone stapled a bad late-night sci-fi slug special effect to her and called it fixed. She's got a bit of a tan, most of it from sun, the rest from some half-remembered composite heritage, and her remaining eye is a dark brown.
